PAPER PROJECT currently ships anywhere in the US.
All orders are shipped from PAPER PROJECT warehouse in New York. Shipping rates can be viewed once an item is in your cart and are based on weight and location. Orders are shipped with USPS.
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.
Please allow up to two business days to fulfill an order and issue a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-5 business days.
You can return the first item you tried within 30 days from the date of delivery. We highly recommend trying it again after wash as paper yarn will become softer. If you purchased more than one item on your first order, we recommend wearing and washing just one to make sure they are right for you. The rest of your order will still be eligible for a regular return or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return it within 21 days from date of delivery for a full refund. We do not refund shipping charges.

To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reasons to return. After we confirm your return request, we will send you pre-paid return label (USPS) via email. Please include original packing slip with your return shipment.
The cost of the returned item(s), including sales tax, will be credited to your original form of payment. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as saleable, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

After we confirm your request, we will send you a pre-paid USPS return label via email. Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as saleable, we will ship your item for exchange.
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
